In March 2010, Pure Events created an exclusive birthday party experience in a top secret location for none other than the Queen of Pop - Lady Gaga!

Deep amongst the jungle of the Canberra Botanical Gardens, a fantasy oasis was created in an Avatar theme to celebrate the 24th birthday of the touring superstar. Gaga fell in love with the Avatar movie earlier this year and we wanted to recreate the magical world of Pandora for her. Using green and blue glassware and crockery along with wild tropical floral and fruit arrangements and Spanish moss to decorate the table, with fire spears nearby, we set an enchanted scene. Guests were greeted by a model in full Avatar make up including film prosthetics, and escorted to the dinner table where they were served an amazing menu tailored just for Lady Gaga.

Following dinner, guests ventured deeper into the forest to a secluded clearing where they were met with overstuffed couches and a large outdoor movie screen. As Lady Gaga and her party settled in for the night the screen came alive with a showing of Avatar and there, in the wilds of Canberra, we took the Queen of Pop to another world.
